A spacious three-bedroom home has caught attention with an asking price of just $65,000. In this fictional listing, the property offers approximately 2,861 square feet, three bathrooms, and an unusually large amount of living space for the price, immediately making people wonder why it is being offered so cheaply.
The home is located in the Kendall area of Miami, Florida, on a quiet residential street surrounded by mature trees and well-kept lawns. Its distinctive curved front entrance, covered balcony, brick exterior, and elevated position give it a character that stands apart from many newer homes in the area.
Inside, the fictional property features a large living room, separate dining area, spacious kitchen, three bedrooms, and three full bathrooms. The lower level provides additional space that could be transformed into a family room, home office, gym, or guest area, while large windows bring natural light throughout the house.
There is, however, an explanation for the unusually low $65,000 price. The property is being offered as-is and requires significant renovation, including updates to plumbing, electrical systems, flooring, and portions of the interior. The discounted price reflects the work a new owner would need to complete before the house could be considered fully updated.
For someone prepared to take on a substantial renovation, the combination of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2,861 square feet, and a Miami-area location makes the fictional listing particularly unusual. The $65,000 price isn’t for a move-in-ready dream home—it represents an opportunity for a buyer willing to restore one.
