A husband and wife were enjoying a private moment, completely convinced they had the house to themselves. Door closed. Lights low. Zero worries. Then suddenly, the door opened. Their son walked straight into the room.
The husband burst out laughing out of pure panic. The son froze, stared for half a second that felt like an hour, then turnedwhile running away without saying a single word. Absolute silence followed. The wife slowly sat up, looked at her husband, and said, “You are fixing this. Now.”
The husband got dressed and went searching through the house. Living room? Empty. Kitchen? Nothing. Hallway? Silent. He called out his son’s name. No response. Just when he thought the situation couldn’t get worse, he heard a loud noise coming from another room.
His heart sank. He walked toward the sound, opened the door, took one look inside, and immediately closed it again. No yelling. No questions. Just instant regret. He stood there for a second, questioning every life decision he’d ever made.
He went back to the bedroom, lay down, stared at the ceiling, and said, “Pack your bags. We’re moving. Tonight.”
