After driving nonstop for about six hours, a trucker finally couldn\u2019t keep his eyes open anymore. He pulled over to the side of the road, climbed into the cab, and decided to sleep for a little while. The engine was off, the road was quiet, and within seconds, he was out cold. It was the kind of deep sleep that only exhaustion can bring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not long after, a loud knock jolted him awake. Groggy and annoyed, he rolled down the window and saw a jogger standing there, smiling like nothing was wrong.
\u201cCan you tell me the time, please?\u201d the jogger asked politely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The trucker squinted at his watch and sighed. \u201cYeah\u2026 it\u2019s 4:30,\u201d he muttered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The jogger thanked him and ran off. The trucker shook his head, closed his eyes, and fell back asleep almost instantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now irritated, the trucker opened his eyes again. Another jogger stood there.
\u201cSorry to bother you,\u201d the jogger said, \u201cbut do you know what time it is?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The trucker checked his watch again. \u201cIt\u2019s 4:35,\u201d he snapped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The jogger jogged away. The trucker slammed the window shut and growled to himself. He leaned back and tried to sleep again, determined not to be disturbed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A few minutes later \u2014 knock, knock, knock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This time, the trucker exploded. He jumped up, yanked open the door, and shouted, \u201cWhat is it NOW?!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
